IMPORTANT: if you have noticed that your data on your Garmin app does not exactly match your data on inKin, please make sure that the time zones on your Garmin and inKin accounts are the same.

Please note that Garmin does NOT send us any retrospective data. Please use our manual log feature to update data for the missing days.

If you have a Garmin device, this is what you need to know if you notice your data has stopped updating on inKin:

Step 1

Disconnect your device on Devices page

Step 2

Go to your Garmin account and remove one or more permissions at the bottom of the page.

Step 3

Reconnect your Garmin on Devices page on inKin

If it's still not working, please contact us as soon as possible!
